[11 Dec 2007|09:26pm] |
2. Second Year student na ako sa UP Baguio, pero 3rd year na ang aking mga subjects, kung sa dami lang ng majors ang basehan 3rd year standing na raw ako.
3. Bumata ako ng 4 na taon. 15 na ako ngaun.
4. Sana in 1.5 years grumaduate na ako
6. Isa na akong romano katoliko.
7. Naniniwala ako sa sinabi ni Tano Ramoya na "God is not immortal. If one stops believing in God, God simply dies."
8. Astig si Nietzsche nung sinabi niya na "God is dead. God remains dead. And we have killed him. How shall we comfort ourselves, the murderers of all murderers? What was holiest and mightiest of all that the world has yet owned has bled to death under our knives: who will wipe this blood off us? What water is there for us to clean ourselves? What festivals of atonement, what sacred games shall we have to invent? Is not the greatness of this deed too great for us? Must we ourselves not become gods simply to appear worthy of it?"
9. Pero buhay pa si God sa akin, in my own concept of God that is.

| Love Letter Para Sa Taong Inlab Part 1 |
[23 Dec 2006|11:34pm] |
Madilim.

| UPB - USC vs. Claret CAT - 1 vs. Fairview Park UMYF in terms of Constitution |
[29 Nov 2006|12:46pm] |
|
I firmly believe that a constitution is the backbone of an organization's success because the constitution firmly presents the powers and duties of the officers of an organization
Constitution taken from wikipedia: A constitution is a system, often codified as a written document, which establishes the rules and principles by which an organization, or political entity, is governed. In the case of countries this term refers specifically to a national constitution, which defines the fundamental political principles and establishes the power and duties of each government. Most national constitutions also guarantee certain rights to the people. Historically, before the evolution of modern-style, codified national constitutions, the term constitution could be applied to any important law that governed the functioning of a government.
The Constitution of UP Baguio's University Student Council
UPB - USC's constitution is composed of 16 articles clearly defining each and every power and duty of its officers as well as its vision and mission. Every after election, the newly appointed USC Officers read the constitution to make it clear to them their duties and responsibilities. When it is deemed necessary, its constitution is revised to benefit its constituents as well as to make clear on any points that are unclear.
With UPB-USC's constitution, its officers can act on their duties and responsibilities with clarity without going over the boundaries of their power. The success of UPB-USC's constitution, its arrangement and organization of officers, and its actions toward the benefit of its consituents has garnered the "Gawad Edgar Jopson" Award for the best University Student Council all over the Philippines.
Citizenship and Advancement Training 1 - Claret
CAT-1 Claret's constitution seems non-existent although each officer knows his duties. If their is such a constitution, then their is no medium that allows the officers of the said organization to access its constitution thus making its officers act in their own understanding of their position. The non-existence of the constitution or accesible medium is its major weakness. Their is no clear understanding on how its organization works, what extent is the officer's powers and responsibilities. The powers of the officers are solely based on military heirarchy. However, to the change of its duties as an organization, their is no need for military heirarchy where one is a subordinate of an officer of higher power. It is also deemed moronic because the past officers, regardless of what batch, solely pass their duties and responsibilites to the incoming officers through simple "training."
The United Methodist Youth Fellowship (UMYF) in terms of Fairview Park United Methodist Church:
The FPUMC - UMYF has a formal constitution. However, Fairview Park UMC and its UMYF organization has adopted the constitution of the Quezon City District's UMYF Constitution. Also, the FPUMC - UMYF's constitution seems unclear to its officers because their is no formal reading before the incoming officers take on their respective roles. This leads to the imbalance of the said duties and responsibilites held by the officers. On my own viewpoint as a former officer of this said organization, I am not clearly informed of what my role as a Socio-Cultural Committee Head does. This made me acty on my own perception on what a Socio-Cultural Committee does. Second, the committees of this said organization cannot work because their is no members assigned to each committee. This leads to the uselessness of having officers assigned to be committee heads. Third, there are too many useless committees in this organization. The information committeee seems to have the same job as the organization committee, whereas the ECSA committee does not work as a committee because the representation of the organization is done by whomever officer is available to the said meeting of other organizations and there is no clear and tangible projects done by this committee.
My answer to these problems: - To create constitution based on the Fairview Park's dynamics. This would enable the organization's officers to work effectively.
- To have a formal reading of the constitution. This would give clarity as to what a specific role does and an understanding of the powers and responsibilities they have.
- Have some committees merge with other committees. This would limit the number of useless committees.
- If the members of the committees cannot be taken from the constituents, then easiest way to eliminate the lack of members is to make other officers a member of a committee, an officer, save for the president, should be a member of 3 specific committees.
Based on my experiences as an officer of 3 various organizations, the efficiency of an organization lies as to how the officers know their limits and responsibilities based on a constitution which serves as a guide for the officers.

Finally, after more than 8 agonizing months of searching, I found our graduation/batch song. Entitled "Humayo Ka" ...I think... Our batch song was composed by the different bands of our batch. I found it at the Claretian's Multiply Site.
The funny thing is that ,except for the composers, no one knows the exact lyrics of this song. This lead to the downright weird singing of this song in our Paalam presentation wherein the song would be sung by the vocalists for at least 90% of the lyrics except for the time where the song would go to its chorus and the batch would sing the words "Humayo ka kapatid" then followed by a dead silence which would then be backed up again by the vocalists. Even I don't know the lyrics of this song except for the humayo ka kapatid thingy. The song is good though.
After finally hearing it again for more than 8 months of song searching, it gives me the same of what I have about 8 months ago... the "after 11 years, I am leaving this school" feeling except for the nice new added "finally! I have left that place for good" feeling. Which actually is indeed true. If one would ask me if I were to be a high school student again, I'd rather decline. I am finally living my life in college.

My Dear Love, Yesterday, I was passing by your rectangular house in trigonometric lane. There I saw you with your cute circular face, conical nose and spherical eyes, standing in your triangular garden. Before seeing you, my heart was a null set, but when a vector of magnitude (likeness) from your eyes at a deviation of theta radians made a tangent to my heart, it differentiated. My love for you is a quadaratic equation with real roots, which only you can solve by making good binary relation with me. The cosine of my love for you extends to infinity. I promise that I should not resolve you into partial functions but if I do so, you can integrate me by applying the limits from zero to infinity. You are as essential to me as an element to a set. The geometry of my life revolves around your acute personality. My love, if you do not meet me at parabola restaurant on date 10 at sunset, when the sun is making an angle of 160 degrees, my heart would be like a solved polynomial of degree 10. With love from your higher order derivatives of maxima and minima, of an unknown function. Yours ever loving, Pythagoras De-Morgan's Law, 7th Cross. Binomial Avenue , India of Matrices - (a+b)^2
I thought... Peter Carandang wrote this... Peter in his gangsta name because Peter sounds like Pytha... imagine Peter saying this "Wazzup mah math homie, mah name is Pytha, Pytha yo! with a capital P and I am gonna solve you, esse, by making equations that span from east-side to west-side"... then again, with Peter in mind, that would be next to impossible...
oh, this is Peter:

Peter! Wherever you are... I don't know what to say... umm... Peter! Wazzup mah homie?

"UP is the mirror of the Philippine Society. The Campus is the country, the Administration is the government, which explains why the enrollment is tedious and downright exhausting, and the students are the citizens, which in turn pay the tuition fee for services they do not fully acquire - just like citizens paying for their taxes. Some students notice that something is wrong and they fight for their beliefs, in turn the administration just shuts them up, like the Philippine Collegian, which also mirrors as to how the government shuts people who fight for their rights."
So much with the ranting, let's get down to business.
I left yesterday at around 1:00 am with Ate Diane and arrived at Baguio at around 6 am. I guess my new mustache + goatee made most people freak out or would not notice who I am - just as I have planned. Anyway, I ate breakfast at Goto Queen where I met Paula and Bunta. (actually Bunta is tito Bien who really looks like Bunta, Takumi Fujiwara's dad from the Racing Themed Animated TV Series, Initial D)
I went to UP after I ate breakfast. Met a lot of people but in return, they didn't notice it was me. They DID notice it was me after staring at my face for around 30 seconds. Steph, as usual gave me a few punches because a little while back I was joking at her telling her I am in Europe or some other place in the western hemisphere. Astrid came afterwards... barely noticing me. (She just noticed me within a few good feet, let us say 3 feet away). And the housemates came and then Karla and then Topin. And then I saw Fio with new hairdo, still cute... whatever. Anyway, the cast was complete. Am I joking myself? It is afterall the day where all freshies come together to pay for their tuition.
Oh goody, all of my subjects that I pre-enlisted were accepted and that means I get to skip a lot of tedious steps such as enlisting and looking for an alternative class. Cool! All I needed to do was to look for my adviser to get my pink slip signed and then go to enrollment. And I accomplished that after lunch because my adviser was nowhere to be found within the boundaries of the Cordillera Administrative Region.
So after the pink slip was signed, enrollment time. Did I ever mention that I really hate lines? Well, now I despise them! "Kaliwa't kanan, pila'y nadaratnan... Mula tuktok hanggang paanan, pila'y iyo'y mapagmamasdan" That is because I stayed in line for about 3 hours to get my tuition payed and then, I didn't even got a hold of the last process which is getting the class cards. I'll get them during the first day of school.
Exhausted and weary, I looked for Karla, Jones and Astrid... didn't find them. I saw Fio and chatted a bit and afterwards I texted Astrid and asked where they were. Ok, so they left and I was planning to treat them somewhere. Except Astrid, whois in Session Road. I met Astrid and we ate somewhere, chatting about some stuff and we bade each other see you again.
I decided to leave Baguio at around 12 AM and there was about 4 hours to kill. So I went to a gaming store where I bought Need For Speed: Carbon. Cool game, and then I killed 2 hours in netopia, watching vidoes of Sony's PS3 and Nintendo's Wii. I like PS3's games yet I like Wii's controller, even though it looks like a remote, it has great functionality. After that, I bumped into LJ and Twinkle, two girls from the Language and Literature Block. So I hanged with them until 3 AM, eventually missing my bus. We walked from session road to nevada square and back. I left Baguio at 3 AM.

| July 2006 – Action Commitment Solidarity |
[05 Aug 2006|07:58pm] |
|
July 2006 is a turning point in my career as a student. In the 11 years I spent at Claret, I had never experienced anything that would make me feel of great importance. Yet in the first year of my college life, I was given the chance to make myself worthy to serve the masses.
The first week of July was the beginning of it all and it started during my birthday, July 5. I started inviting friends over for my party. The rules: 1-4 persons would mean eat all you can, 5-9 persons would mean Sbarro, 10 – 15 persons would mean Yellow Cab and 16 or more persons would mean KFC. I ended up treating them to KFC. There were 24 persons in my party and there are a lot more who were not able to come because of some appointments. Subsequently, I was nominated to run for the Student Council Election. I past the screening and I was one of the 10 official candidates for the First Year Representatives under my political party, The Alliance of Concerned Students.
The second week boasts the 2-day Slate Training (they call the candidates “slates”). I got to know the who’s who in our party. I failed to attend the first day because I was down in Manila. The training is tough and I was beginning to doubt if it is the right decision to enter the election. The topic given to me for the campaign period is the frequent Oil Price Hikes that the people suffer from. Our party stands for SPRAW or Students and Peoples’ Rights And Welfare and we believe that what happens outside the grounds of our campus, we greatly feel its impact as students. We are not shielded from the outside world and as scholars of this country; it is our duty to return the favor to the people who pays for our education by upholding their rights and welfare.
The third week was the crucial part of the campaign period because this week boasts the ever important Room-to-Room Campaign. This week drained me the most since we are doing RTR and at the same time we are also doing our Meeting de Avance Speeches. Since my topic is the Oil Price Hike, I must attack its main source – the Oil Deregulation Law. This law was passed because it was first believed that by privatizing the oil industry, other companies can come in and thus expanding competition. Another reason for passing this bill was because of the law of supply wherein if there are lots of supplies, the cost of that product reduces. However, because of this law, the monopoly of oil is now controlled by the big three: Shell, Caltex and Petron. Since the small players of the industry gets their supply of oil from this three, the big three can increase or decrease their price as they like since there is no government authority in the industry of oil. Another reason why the big three is monopolizing the oil industry is because of the cartel. For example, let us say that the price of one barrel of oil in the world market is P1. This three would buy this at that price and stock it in our oil reserves. When the prices of oil in the world market becomes P2, the big three would sell this to us at the same price at the world market regardless if we still have plenty of oil reserves. The amendment that our party proposes for this is to remove this law and change it to Oil Regulation and Nationalization Law wherein the government will have the authority to dictate the ceiling price and floor price of oil. Although this seems to be very broad, this is possible because if we can make a stand against this, we are also helping other groups as well as some congressmen in making this come true. This is a long process that cannot be done in one day. We must expand our knowledge by launching forums, educational discussions and signature campaigns to garner support into removing this law.
The final week was the end of it all. July 25 was the date of the Meeting de Avance and the day after that is the election proper. The MDA went well. Election came and as I was anxiously waiting for the results, my friends and I played cards. The results came out and I won the election by garnering 171 votes from my batch mates and I ranked 4th in the First Year Representative race. Pinky Rose Lim, our slate for the vice chairperson position, won and Ben Ibarra Fernandez, our slate for the chairperson position, swept the election with a landslide victory. In the end, 15 from our political party were inducted to the Student Council.
July 2006 was a blast yet for me it masks the true identity of UP Baguio. There is still a lot to learn from this place and as of August 2, it is starting to show its darker side.

| Ranking... |
[21 Jun 2006|01:10pm] |

I collectively recalled an instance where I was asked by Lou on how I rate women. Most people do it from a rating from 1 - 10. I personally don't rate women, it is so degrading. In any case, I was forced to answer that question as if I rate women that way. But to tell you the truth, I don't even want to use numbers because it is so unrealistic. Any case, here is my scales from highest to lowest: Princess Duchess Marchioness Countess Viscountess Baronness Noble Lady Lady And they are not based on how pretty a girl is, but how she influences me. Sometimes it goes up and sometimes it goes down. There is only one exception. When a girl gets the rank of "Princess", she will never go down to anything lower. So far, only 3 girls have gotten the rank of "Princess." By reading my blog, you will know at least one of them.

| "Do It Again Lord but Count Me In" |
[18 Jun 2006|02:19pm] |
|
This is the topic during the Youth Fellowship yesterday Reference: Joshua 6 "Do It Again Lord but Count Me In" Satan is already defeated according to God but we still live defeated lives. Why? Most of us are ashamed of our religion and we fear showing our positive side. Added the fact of the continuous bombardment of school work, work and other things, we tend to be scared to stand up for God. We fear that society might label us as KJ. We have forgotten that God had defeated our enemies. In Colossian 2:15, it says, "And having spoiled principalities and powers, he made a shew of them openly, triumphing over them in it." In 1 John 3:8, it says, "He that committeth sin is of the devil; for the devil sinneth from the beginning. For this purpose the Son of God was manifested, that he might destroy the works of the devil." In Heb 2: 14-15, it says, "Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil; And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage." In both 3 passages, the Lord states that He had already defeated the devil yet we still live defeated lives. It looks like as if we fight not for victory but from victory. We are being pulled away from living a victorious life into a defeated life because we can not even put or set our priorities straight. We must live a victorious life. But how do we live a victorious life? In Joshua 6: 3-5, the Lord commanded Joshua to march around the City of Jericho once every day for seven days with 7 Priests trumpeting Ram's horns before the Arc of the Covenant. At first it would look as if it was foolish. And to think about it, its not even a military tactic as well. One could also wonder, why Jericho? Jericho at that time is one of the most powerful tribes in Canaan. Why would God command to take Jericho first than the other weaker tribes? The logic is simple. God had already defeated Jericho before it would be attacked by the Israelites. It is up to us to put our faith in Him. The foolish tactic was a test by God for the Israelites. It was to test their faith. In Psalms 33:16, it states, "There is no king saved by the multitude of an host: a mighty man is not delivered by much strength." And in Psalms 44:6, it says, "For I will not trust in my bow, neither shall my sword save me." It means that the battle will not depend on weapons but on faith itself. But why do we struggle? We lack the obedience and because of that we still live a defeated life. The Lord has given us the power to say no yet it is hard for us to say no. This struggle is the work of the devil. The Lord has already defeated our enemies and yet we still live as if we struggle and live a life marked by defeat. So if you want to taste victory? Be willing to obey. Now dare.

| Baguio Arch: The First Three Days of Independence |

June 12, 2006 - The Independence Day of the Chairman My dad, brother and grandfather left Baguio after a scrumptious lunch. It is official, I am now alone. I went home and met my housemates: Paul Ignacio from Cabanatuan and Paul Villanueva from Quezon City. I introduced myself as Paolo. Ironic, huh? In the evening, there was two major problems - there was no water and no one knows how to cook. Luckily, I know how to cook rice and cook a simple meal, so I became a cook. A little bit later, I decided to surf the net and I stumbled upon a few classmates and Faye. Faye asked me to give her a cd of Macromedia Fireworks and Adobe Photoshop CS2. When I come back to Manila, I will give her those... it is expensive to deliver via LBC. Here, every peso counts. June 13, 2006 - First Day High! The 3Ps went to school early and I went to my first class... Philosophy 1. Great subject... we need to tackle a graphic novel called Endless Nights and Paolord has one. We are also going to tackle Animatrix and the Matrix Trilogy. The professor said "You are UP Students, you are here to criticize the society!" Its cool. I met Krishna who hails from Quezon City. After that, I met Carlos and even more after that, Paula and Jenny. I met Paolord and we ate at SM. After the long break (my first class was 8:30AM - 10:30AM while the next one is at 1:00PM) I went to RM212 for my English Class. I met Rotciv (call him Civ). English was ok except that there was one portion that we were asked to ask a question. I asked "Do you allow erasures during exams?" and "Do you require a specific color of pen to be used in our essays? Typical Claretian question that are sure to make impact. I then went on to get my ID and countersign it at the library. I then met Michelle from Malabon. We chatted a bit and I went on to get my ID countersigned. I then met Rotciv again since we need the same book and the book was missing. He said that a girl got it. I then went up and found Michelle holding the book and the three of us went to xerox the book since we need the same parts from it. Killing three birds with one stone! I then went on to find the pirate's paradise in Baguio which I found out easily. I went home and Paul was cooking tinola while I made rice. I then slept and got ready for the third day. June 14, 2006 - A Trip to Baguio National High I woke up at 5 since my class starts at 7. That class was SocSci10 - "Filipino Family" It was good. And then at 8:30 was the Freshmen Orientation. When I was in HS, we were scolded by the superiors by singing the school march with our fists in the air because it was deamed rebellious. In college, it is the other way around. In fact, we are encouraged to do so! Next class was Physics. I went to class late and was deamed to take the "standing room special" wherein I am standing while the class was going on. Rotciv was also late so he is also in the standing room special. Then there were other who took standing special. Here, I met three new friends, Apple from Baguio, Raphael from I forgot where came froma and Monique from Manila. We were talking about a lot of things while the class was going on. Oh, we went to the other class to get chairs. Physics is good especially there are no computations needed for the subject.. no formulas and no solutions, just how you use physics in everyday life and no mathematical bullshit. Apple and I was going to xerox some stuff but the line was too long so we just sit down and chatted while waiting for her bestfriend. Apple and I have a lot of things in common, most especially that she is active in her church. She asked me if I can come this Saturday for a Youth Fellowship. She is a Born Again Christian. We talked about a lot of stuff. Then she introduced me to her friend, Joy. They then asked me to come with them to take lunch together at their former school. Woah. Okay. So I tagged along. At their school, I was then introduced to their friends. They took lunch boxes and Apple gave hers to me since she is sharing with Joy. Free Food!!! The food was great and we ate in fron of their teacher who offered us some pineapples. Haven't you noticed that I am not in a school were I studied my HS and I am very welcome and the teachers don't mind my presence at all? Haha. The food was great and I thanked her for that. I chatted with her friends and talked a lot of stuff especially my HS life since I am from an exclusive school for boys and they are a coed school. I never found myself out-of-place. We then went back to school for the afternoon class. Apple and I learned that we share the same schedule for the whole day and while waiting for the next class we chatted about a lot of psychological stuff. In the end, it was a great day. Here is Apple's Question which can be answered by a seven year old child (the one that I failed to answer): There is an empty room. In the middle of the room, there are two dead bodies lying in a pool of water. Near the bodies is a container. There is a window at the side of a room with a cat outside. The task is to formulate how the "murder" took place.

For the week of April 30-May 7, 2006:
- Metal Gear Solid 2: Substance (not listed)
A 5 Disc game takes the princess out of the number one spot this week for the Ven Interactive Power 25. Maybe you are wondering why. Simple, the rankings are based by their overall impact each week. This game took most of my time this week and not to mention the new insights it has given me. Quoting from Otacon, "We all wanted to be loved." This game is worth it. Check it out.
- Paula Bianca Lim (down from #1)
The princess has been dethroned by MGS2. Still, there are things that are hard to erase but I guess its time to move on. Anyway, she is still the number one among humans. Check back next Saturday if she regains the number one spot.
- Lou Ongpin (up from #5)

Yesterday, May 4, 2006, I went to UP Baguio to get myself enrolled. Yay! Cool, now I am a Fighting Maroon. But that is not the weird part anyway. If you read earlier entries about my paranoia and UP and Paula, I guess this would make the story even cooler/weirder/whatever. Here it goes anyway:
I was falling in line for the enrollment thingy when this girl asked me if this is the line for enrollment. I said yes. She then asked what are the things needed for the enrollment, and then I said those stuff needs to be ready. Then I asked her, "here are you from?" She answered, "Quezon City." I said, "that's cool, I am from Quezon City too, which school did you come from? I am from Claret." She said, "I am from UPIS. Wait, you're Paolo, right?" I said, "uh yeah." She said, "Kabarkada ko si Paula eh, diba date mo siya nung ball? My name is Jenny." I was like o_O. I was expecting something like that would have happened. We both remarked it is a small world. But learning that she is the second cousin of CARL MICHAEL TOMACRUZ makes the world even smaller. So then we went to fall in line and finished the enrollment. During the process, I was introduced to Oh, we are blockmates also. My course is BA Social Science Major in Social Anthropology. My block is Soc-An 1.
I'll post my schedule later. Anyway, this are the subjects that I took:
Soc An 101 - Social Anthropology Soc Sci 13 - Gender and Society Soc Sci 10 - The Filipino Family Philo 1 - Philosophy Physics 11 - Physics of Everday Life English 1 - Basic English PE 2 - Weight Training
First of all, NO MATHS!! YEHEY!!! HAHAHAHA Victory to Paolo Version 1. PE 2 - Weight Training, WTF!? NO CLASSES ON MONDAYS YEY!!!!

Hawthorne Heights - Breathing In Sequence |
] |
Long gone are the days of a thin snappy-looking guy. So long are the times of a high-cut hair, wearing an officer's uniform. And long gone are the moments of a semi-afro looking hair and a scarlet jacket embroidered with the name "Chairman Ven." I am falling faster, everything was so last year.
Now breathing in the same sequence, while trying to make sense of the situation. I've got two or three more weeks of one-way conversation. On the long, sleepless nights, the images I see of her whisper "that is love". Dreaming of a continuously shaking speech that moves her to tears changes into a slight fever mingled with a sigh. The more I chase them, the more my heart feels the cruel distance. I wish I could have known her better, I should blame it on the weather. This was nearly over before it started. I just wanted her to know, I think about her every night. She is in my dreams, just like the movies, the one you want to see with a happy ending. I will wait forever. The "Princess of the Ocean" thing may have paused for a while, but these colors will not change. Just like the seas, calm and placid, I will wait for the right time. Now, I've got a single silver bullet shot right through my heart to prove that I can survive without you. And someday, I will fly again to soar over the oceans and search if my dream of her can finally take shape into reality.
My personality, avoid the scenery, hates playing games with the industry that fuels such dreams and then turns them down. Dreams will forever be dreams. But only those who chase such dreams turn them to reality. These days are dripping poison. I've got days to turn into nights as what I would wish the stars at the sky. Beauty is always in the inside.
Just when you know the answers, the questions change. Just when you thought you had my mind all mapped, I change my thoughts and the world you thought you knew, changes. The original chairman returns. These could be the plans for revenge but these words lead to dead ends.
[EDIT] after reading conrad_delta's (Federico Pascual) entry and neomonpkmn's past entries especially this one http://neomonpkmn.livejournal.com/1380.html?thread=6244#t6244 , I don't know why I feel sad. Yet, I would be happier this way.

Finally bought Metal Gear Solid 2: Substance for the PC Version last Sunday. The game was swell. The lowdown is that it is more like watching a movie than playing a game. Anyway, something important is about to subside. Every minute that ticks by just decreases that particular thing. Check back for further updates.
